The company has ventured into the field of IT career development with an objective to meet the increasing demand for skilled professionals from organizations across the country. Mr. TKA Nair, Chairman- Advisory body for the Arsha Dharma Parishad inaugurated the HCL CDC in Delhi today.
As an Initiative to improve and inspire the lives of today’s youth by providing ICT education, HCL will also offer free education to select students from weaker sections of the society at Mayur Vihar center who will undergo training in this CDC. The CDC will provide students with course material, practical classes, hands on training, communications skills, pre placement, placement activities and guest lectures. The selection and recommendations of the enrolment of economically weak students will be made from Arsha Dharma Parishad.
The HCL CDC provides specially designed courses to groom students into industry-ready professionals. The company already has more than 65 fully operational HCL CDCs across the country and plans to expand its footprint at an aggressive rate to meet the growing demand of skilled ICT professionals.
