Biswanath Bhattacharya, as Chief Executive will be responsible for the Services business. He joins HCL Services, from HP, where he was the Vice President and General Manager, Technology Services, HP India. Biswanath had a distinguished career spanning over 25 years across various roles. “His rich experience in leading organizations across IT Sales and Services functions, including 15 years of experience in Strategic Leadership positions would be a big catalyst in the journey of HCL Services to achieve “GOLD STANDARDS.” across all financial, people and customer metrics”, said S.Premkumar, Executive Vice Chairman, HCL Infosystems Ltd. and Chairman HCL Services Ltd.

 

Ravi Venkatraman has been appointed as the Chief Sales Officer for the Enterprise Services Business. He is a seasoned business leader with rich global experience of over 26 years across various segments like Telecom, Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, Education, Defense, Financial Services and IT/ITES segments. He comes on board with rich corporate experience in organizations like Xerox, Reliance Communications and Kodak Services. “The customer landscape, buying behavior and expectations are changing at a significant pace and his expertise would help address these dynamic issues by bringing to the fore a go to market approach that is sophisticated, consultative and collaborative,” stated Biswanath Bhattacharya, who has taken over as the Chief Executive.

 

Madhavan P, has joined HCL Services as  Chief of the Channel Services Business. He too comes on board with over 26 Years of experience across FMCG and TELCO’s. Until recently, he was the Sr. Vice President & Head of Sales, Enterprise Business, Tata Teleservices.  Prior to that, he was the Chief Sales & Distribution Officer, Virgin Mobile. He would be responsible for driving the channel strategy and rapidly expand the channel to deliver GOLD STANDARDS.” in Service Excellence. “The Channel Business is expected to be a unique growth engine in the company’s overall strategy in building market place dominance in the Services industry,” commented Biswanath Bhattacharya.
